A little cheery button today. The sun was shining for a little while for us this morning, but gosh it turned cold this afternoon. I am amazed at how well I layer these days. ;)

Busy busy at the moment working on quite a few commissions, which is lovely. When there are more than one, I can go back and forth to keep my mind active. We are also busy planning the next Hochanda show, so a lot of kit planning. So it really is all go (and I haven't even factored in the paperwork!)

Today's button is a bit of a doodle button. The ground colour wasn't the easiest to find contrasts with, at least ones that would photograph. That can be an issue, as I am sure many of you have noticed, that sometimes my camera doesn't quite pick up what I would like it to. Ah well, should you ever be able to see the buttons in real life, perhaps you'll enjoy them all the more.

Ever so cold and wet today. And of course, with the clocks having gone back on Sunday, it's dark and dreary too. So I will try to think of some cheery designs.

More golden braid! I just love the colour at the moment. And back to my stash - these little spangles are sterling silver, so in a few years they will tarnish. It will be interesting to see the effect of that.

Mark has designed a lovely stacking box to hold all of the challenge buttons. He's made two - so 2016 buttons can also be put into one. I now need to get them decorated. 

The year is really rolling along now. There's barely any blank space on my wall. I'll try to take a picture of it this week.
