Day 183 : Biscornu
Halfway folks!
I don't know about you, but I find it very very hard to believe we are halfway through the year. It has been a very very odd year so far - let's hope the second half is a little less eventful perhaps?
I am obviously in a miniature mood lately - this is a little mini biscornu. Made in the same wool fabric as one I made as a pincushion - which also happened to have a blue trimming. I must like the combination. I know the from above it is very hard to see the up-and-down shape of the sides. but I promise, it is there.
So, a little cushion for you. Either to rest your head and dream of lovely things for the next 6 months, or to stab with pins to do away with bad of the last 6 - the choice is yours!
Thank you all so much for following.
Size: 20mm / 3⁄4" / 32L
Aren't you glad biscornu arrived on the needlework scene? It is such a fun idea and open to such a wealth of interpretation that one could probably do nothing else! I have come to the conclusion that we need multiple lifetimes to learn all we want to learn and make all we want to make - oh well, guess I'll just enjoy what I've got while I have it. Best regards to you and Mark and Toby pup. Charlotte in California
ReplyDeleteI absolutely agree. I will never have enough time to learn everything. And focus isn't always my strong point ;)
DeleteThank you Charlotte - I hope that all is well with you and yours too. x
